Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  • Wash the avocados with food safe soap or at the very least water and then wipe them down.
  • Cut the avocado directly through the center of the avocado.
  • Grab one of the two halves and hold it in one hand with the seed facing out. Take the knife and lightly strike the see with the knife.
  • Take a large spoon and slide it into one of the halves of the avocado. Keep it as close as you can to the outer layer that’s harder.
  • After they sliced the long way you can now directly cut across the avocado to create little cubes of avocado.
  • Slice the avocado after it has been peeled.
