Wash the avocados with food safe soap or at the very least water and then wipe them down.
Cut the avocado directly through the center of the avocado.
Grab one of the two halves and hold it in one hand with the seed facing out. Take the knife and lightly strike the see with the knife.
Take a large spoon and slide it into one of the halves of the avocado. Keep it as close as you can to the outer layer that’s harder.
After they sliced the long way you can now directly cut across the avocado to create little cubes of avocado.
Slice the avocado after it has been peeled.
