Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Start by separating your garlic cloves from the bulb.
    Do this by smacking the bulb on the counter or you can use a knife and wiggle between the sections of cloves until one pops out.
  • Cut off the ends of each clove and then with the flat side of your knife you want to squish each garlic clove.
  • Slice, dice and then keep rocking the blade of your knife over the garlic until you have a mince.
