- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp butter cold
Gather all of your ingredients first so that you have everything together and you are ready to cook.
Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk them until they are incorporated and then add in your milk and whisk again. Then you want to mix in your cinnamon and salt.
Heat up your pan on medium to low heat and then once it's heated up add in your cold butter.
Dredge one slice at a time into the egg mixture making sure to cover the whole slice. Add to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on both sides until both sides are browned.
Serve with pure maple syrup and enjoy!
