You can toast pecans two ways. This recipe will show you how to toast them on your stove top and in your oven. Both ways give them a little extra crunch and enhance their nutty flavor.

  • 1 cup pecans

How To Toast Pecans in the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350 dgrees
  • Spread your pecans evenly on a baking sheet
  • Toast for about 10-12 minutes. Once they have a nice golden color go head and take them out to cool.

How To Toast Pecans in a pan

  • Place your pecans evenly in the pan. Make sure that each pecan is touching the botton of the pan so they toast evenly.
  • After about 5 minutes flip start tossing them so that they toast on all sides.
    You want to keep a close eye on the pecans while they are toasting so they do not burn.
  • Once the second side is toasted so ahead and remove them from the heat.
    Let them cool and then ENJOY!
