- 1 tbsp cold butter
- 1 tbsp room temperature butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 slices white bread
Prepare the eggs for cooking
Add the butter to the pan
Cook the eggs in the pan
Add your eggs to the hot pan, let them sit for a minute until the edges start to cook.
Once the edges start to cook go ahead and stir up the eggs and fold them into themselves getting all the eggs cooked. It's important to not overcook them because they will become rubbery.
