Learn how to cut up garlic for your next dish in 4 quick and simple steps.
Start by separating your garlic cloves from the bulb. Do this by smacking the bulb on the counter or you can use a knife and wiggle between the sections of cloves until one pops out.
Cut off the ends of each clove and then with the flat side of your knife you want to squish each garlic clove.
Slice, dice and then keep rocking the blade of your knife over the garlic until you have a mince.
