  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 pinch salt optional


  • Wash the kiwi with cold water and mild soap or fruit spray.
  • Cut off both ends.
  • Peel the skin off using a spoon or using a paring knife.
  • Cut out the stem.
  • Lay on its side and slice through making circular slices
  • Cut the kiwi in half lengthwise and then lay the half in the flat side and make slices across the opposite direction to your desired thickness
  • Slice the kiwi in half, and then lay the kiwi down on the flat side and then slice lengthwise again. From there cut across the kiwi in the opposite direction making quarter sized pieces
