Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple

Instructions

  • Cut off 1/2 inch from the top and bottom of the pineapple.
  • Stand the pineapple on the cut end and cut off the skin using a sharp chef's knife. Work your way around the pineapple until all of the skin is off.
  • Cut through the middle of the pineapple cutting the through the core. Cut each quarter in half through the core again and then one more time making it into 8 strips.
  • Lay each strip on its side and cut off the side of the strip with the core.
  • Cut into desired thickness making pineapple chunks or slices.
