  • Stir until smooth and creamy.

Stovetop

  • Heat a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add mashed potatoes to the saucepan.
  • Stir occasionally until heated through, adding milk or cream as needed to prevent drying out.
  • Add butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Transfer mashed potatoes to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately.
